Leo Belsky is a Senior at Bard College studying Jazz. As a Chinese-American, Leo grew up in a household that encouraged him to play music and began playing classical piano at the age of 7. At 14 years old, he fell in love with gospel which changed the way he viewed music. He went to a small high school, Hastings Highschool, and wanted to go to a college that allowed for personal connections to be made between teachers and students. For Leo’s Senior Project, he is planning on doing 2 concerts and releasing an EP. Leo is the co-founder of the collective Phat Inc and has 4 released singles.
